Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct errors, update prices, and cancel an order if a product is listed incorrectly, in which case we refund you in full.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. The lick mat is an enrichment tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for veterinary care. Always supervise your dog and use dog safe toppings.

Guarantee

Our 30 day guarantee is described on the Returns page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
