The 30-Night Calm-Dog Promise

Give the mat 30 nights. If your dog is not visibly calmer at the tough moments, we will refund you in full and you keep the mat. There is nothing to ship back.

How to start a claim

Use our contact form with your order number and a short note on how you used the mat and what happened. We ask this so we can help you get it working first, and it keeps the promise sustainable. We will reply with the next steps.

Fair use

One promise claim per household. The promise covers whether the mat helps your dog settle, not accidental damage or loss. Because we do not ask you to ship a low value item back, this keeps things simple for you and fair for us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the claim.
