Try the mat for 30 nights. If it does not help your dog at the tough moments, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. You keep the mat. There is nothing to ship back.

How to start a claim

Use our contact form with your order number. We will reply with the next steps. You do not need to return the mat to receive the refund.

Fair use

One promise claim per household. The promise covers whether the mat helps your dog settle, not accidental damage or loss. Because we do not ask you to ship a low value item back, this keeps things simple for you and fair for us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm your order details.
