Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the store, and we never sell your personal data.

What we collect

To fulfill your order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and order details when you buy or subscribe. Your payment card details go straight to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

To understand how the store is used, two kinds of analytics:

• Privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics. We count page views and anonymous steps in the shopping flow (for example “viewed the product”, “clicked buy”, “started checkout”, or “left checkout without buying”), together with your general country, all in aggregate. This uses no cookies and stores no personal data and no IP address, so it cannot identify you. It runs for every visitor.
• Cookie-based analytics (Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and Microsoft Clarity). These help us measure our ads and improve the store. They set cookies and share data with Google, Meta, and Microsoft. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session activity (clicks, scrolling, and general navigation) so we can see where the store is confusing; text you type is masked, and we never see your payment card details, which are entered in our payment processor’s own secure form. See “Cookies and your choices” below for when they load and how to turn them off.

We also briefly use your IP address to detect your country, so we can show the right cookie choice for your region. Your IP is used only for that lookup and is not stored.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store and fulfill your order: our payment processor (Stripe), our email service (Klaviyo), our fulfillment partner (to ship your order), our hosting provider, and, when the cookie-based analytics are active, Google, Meta, and Microsoft. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies and your choices

The cookie-based analytics above are optional, and how they load depends on your region:

• United States: they are on by default, and you can opt out any time using the banner. Opting out stops them, and the store still works normally.
• United Kingdom, EU, and everywhere else: they load only after you accept them in the banner. If you decline, they never load.

The privacy-friendly anonymous analytics use no cookies and no personal data, so they run regardless of this choice.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your personal data, or change your cookie choice at any time. Use our contact form and we will take care of it.
